Does Anyone Know how to Turn Down How Much CPU my Integrated Video Card is Using?

I got a 3.2Ghz Processor, and 256mb Radeon X200 Integrated. And im afraid that the Processor may be Running Too hard. Any help would be great. thanx|||First of all, go to the task manager while doing something video intensive, and check the cpu usage. If it is staying at 100%, the only issue that may arise is overheating, really. If your pc doesn't have anyway to check the cpu temp, try downloading Speedfan. If it is running too warm, you may have to turn down the resolution of the monitor, or the application, if available as an option. The real fix is to get a dedicated graphics card, that way the video doesn't even use the cpu on the motherboard.|||Don't worry too much about your processor--it's not actually running. There's simply a current running through it that generates heat--heat that your heatsink has to dissipate. The heatsink is what generates the sound causing the computer to sound stressed. To fix this:

1) Find out how hot your processor is running at. There are a variety of programs that will tell you.

2) If it is less than 45-50 degrees celsius, you're fine. Stop worrying.

3) If it's over than temperature, you may want to think about alternative cooling solutions.

In any case, turning down your video settings is not a good alternative: you'll see very noticeable and detrimental effects.
