I have a question about integrated video cards.?

if i bought this pc in the link below with an integrated video card could i possibly buy a good video card when i get the money to and install it to this system? i know some about computers but i have never had an integrated card. can i add my own video card with the integrated graphics on the mother board?

this is the computer im lookin at but if i dont get this one is there something i should look for to be able to add a better graphics card later if it comes with integrated like a certain slot on the mother board?

For example, one of these:

Would work fine.

You couldn't install anything better because the stock 300 watt power supply on brand-name computers like HP, Dell, Sony etc isn't enough to support higher-performance cards. In order to run graphics cards of the $100 and higher variety, you'd need to upgrade the computer's power supply.

The Antec psu listed above could support anything up to a Radeon 5770.

http://www.techspot.com/review/245-ati-r…|||IF YOUR PROCESSOR/INTEGRATED VIDEO IS INTEL'S, VISIT THEIR WEBSITE FOR THEIR CHIPSET AND GRAPHICS DRIVERS...INSTALL THESE, AND YOU WILL BE AMAZED BY THE DIFFERENCES THEY MAKE...LIKEWISE FOR AMD AT THEIR WEBSITE.....|||You should be able to as long as there is an available input on the motherboard. Then on the rear you would have the graphics cards' output to connect your monitor eg DVI/VGA ports.
