Why does my integrated video card play 1080p videos better than my ATI X600?

I would have thought the ATI card would have done better...|||Um...that depends on the integrated video card. Hardware decoding has come a helluva long way since then, even on integrated chipsets, and newer ones like the Intel HD 3000 or AMD 6xxx APUs are going to be faster than an X600 in every way anyway.|||Could be a driver issue. I would make sure that everything is installed correctly. What kind of motherboard do you have?|||Because the newer integrated video card supports HD Decoding and the ATI X600 does not.|||an ATI x600 is 2004 era ?? what intel chip ??

ask again but be valid
